William Hill, the CEO, made my life significantly easier getting me the same coverage for almost 100$ a month cheaper than the quote from the exact same insurance company. He was professional and quick to respond to my emails and got me a better deal all within a week. Really appreciate the work on his part and the rapid response from his company. The owner William Hill has Made the process of acquiring home insurance stress-free.
You can tell he’s been in the business a long time, and is extremely educated and experienced.

He took the time to walk me through how everything works, and the coverage that I will most likely want in my policy.

Through the whole process, I felt extremely taken care of and educated on the points that are most important to my decision.

Mr. Hill saved us money while simultaneously increasing the amount of coverage we received. I had requested an increased coverage amount on our home. He never tried to upsell us on anything we didn’t need and provided multiple options that worked for us. Always responds in a timely manner. I work night shift and one time he responded to an email I sent him at 2 o’clock in the morning. Definitely not expected but appreciate the above and beyond service. 10/10 recommend.

When my homeowners insurance increased to a point that was no longer affordable, I called Barrett Hill Insurance and received a call back from Michelle Westbrook. She was very helpful in connecting me with a more reasonable company, even calling me on her own time to make sure I had the new policy. My mortgage company did not properly transfer the policy and when I became aware of the situation I was so stressed out and frustrated. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with various representatives from the company and was finally connected to Michelle, who immediately straighten out the situation. Michelle is very professional and caring. She put me at ease right away and took charge of my concerns and problem. She is patient, personable and very knowledgeable of the insurance business. I am so happy to have her as an agent and Barrett Hill is very fortunate to have her as an employee.
