Michelle Westbrook

Michelle has been a part of the insurance industry for over two decades, having started her journey in 2000. As a proud resident of Gwinnett, Michelle attended Central Gwinnett High School and is known for her love for volunteering at nursing homes and community events. With extensive experience in personal lines insurance, Michelle is a valuable asset to Barrett Hill Insurance. Her proficiency, determination and passion for helping others are evident in her interactions with clients, making her a trustworthy source for insurance solutions.
In her personal life, Michelle is a devoted mother and grandmother who loves to spend time with her family, read, and help others. We are excited to have Michelle join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Simon Hill

We are thrilled to welcome Simon Hill to the Barrett Hill Insurance team. Simon brings a unique perspective and energy to the team. He has a passion for serving others and a drive to help the younger generation understand the importance of insurance.

Simon was first licensed in 2021 and recently graduated college in 2023. As a recent addition to the insurance industry, Simon brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the table. With his dedication and eagerness to learn and grow, Simon is quickly becoming a valuable member of the team.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Simon has a strong interest in marine aquaculture and participates in the local coral reef club. His love for the ocean and its ecosystem shines through in his work and in his personal life.

Annie Novak

Annie began her insurance career with Allstate in Bolingbrook, Illinois, in 2007. She progressed from a Senior Customer Insurance Professional to a Senior Claims Adjuster handling large loss homeowners claims statewide. In 2014, she became a Customer Service Account Manager at Millennium Information Services, assisting property insurance companies across the U.S. After relocating to Florida in 2021, she joined Lakewood Financial Services as a licensed agent. Now, with over 15 years of experience, Annie is excited to expand her insurance skills in Georgia.

Personally, Annie and her husband, Chris, moved to Pendergrass, Georgia, in July 2024. They have five adult children, including two sons in the US Army. In her free time, Annie enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with her dogs, Tilly and Penny.

Connor England

Connor England joined Barrett Hill Insurance in November 2025 as a licensed insurance agent. With several years of experience in customer service roles and a sales background dating back to 2022, Connor brings a strong focus on clear communication, trust, and relationship-building to every client interaction.

A graduate of the University of North Georgia, Connor recently earned his insurance license and is passionate about helping clients find ways to save money while still getting the best overall value for their coverage. He believes insurance should be straightforward and tailored to each individual or family’s needs, and he takes pride in guiding clients through their options with honesty and care.

Outside of the office, Connor enjoys cheering on the Dawgs, following the Atlanta Braves, and spending time grilling for friends and family. He has been married to his high school sweetheart since 2019, and together they have a one-year-old daughter who keeps them busy and full of joy
