When my homeowners insurance increased to a point that was no longer affordable, I called Barrett Hill Insurance and received a call back from Michelle Westbrook. She was very helpful in connecting me with a more reasonable company, even calling me on her own time to make sure I had the new policy. My mortgage company did not properly transfer the policy and when I became aware of the situation I was so stressed out and frustrated. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with various representatives from the company and was finally connected to Michelle, who immediately straighten out the situation. Michelle is very professional and caring. She put me at ease right away and took charge of my concerns and problem. She is patient, personable and very knowledgeable of the insurance business. I am so happy to have her as an agent and Barrett Hill is very fortunate to have her as an employee.

Michelle was very helpful and work tirelessly to get me the insurance I needed for a tractor I’m buying. She even worked past closing time to get me what I needed. She does not normally work with this type of product but that did not deter her. She kept me informed of her progress all along the way. I can now purchase my tractor on Thursday. Great Job Michelle.

Mr. Barrett, Shelia and related staff are highly reliable and attentive to the myriad of needs I have had over the years with six children, cars, RV's, toys, homeowners and other insurance needs.
